We’ve launched our new website!

The last few years we’ve been coming up with ways to deliver an even better customer experience. We found that a new website would benefit our customers in a huge way… let’s just say we’re going BEYOND MERCH.

We want to help your brand grow, be the biggest advocates for you and your customers and we want to break the mold of the typical screen printer and decorator. We want to foster incredible relationships around trust, awareness and forward-thinking.

Here are a few of the huge benefits:

• We have over 250,000 products with real-time global inventory! You can even get pricing and place new orders through the website which will get your order in queue immediately!

• The new customer dashboard will be a huge benefit! You can track your orders, pay for orders immediately & reconcile invoices, add & manage team members, and approve your artwork!

• We have an amazing blog and vlog that we’ll be adding to every Wednesday! It’ll have tons of inspirational content, Stoked Capsules with trending garments and decoration ideas, tons of ways to grow your brand, and behind the scenes!

• Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out what you need on your order, so developed a new Quote Request Tool! This tool will help our Sales team come up with the perfect solutions for your order!

• Our new Services Page has tons of examples of what we can do: Screen print, embroidery, direct-to-garment, applique and so much more!

• Merchloop, our print-on-demand Shopify app, is going through an overhaul! We’ve listened to the feedback and are launching a few things. We’ll be adding more styles in the next few weeks to offer a wider variety of products to choose from! We’ll also be adding embroidery-on-demand and multiple fulfilment options; these solutions can open up new streams of revenue and expand on your product lines without having to invest upfront!
